All Services are billed in advance according to the billing cycle you select during checkout (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually, biennially, or triennially). By completing a purchase, you agree to the following:
- Pricing: All prices are listed in the currency displayed on our website at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change with at least 30 days' prior notice before your next renewal
- Automatic Renewal: Services automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current renewal rate unless you cancel before the renewal date

- Taxes: Prices do not include applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) unless explicitly stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes based on your jurisdiction
- Disputes: Billing disputes must be raised within 60 days of the charge date by contacting our billing department
7. Refund Policy
We stand behind our Services with a 30-day money-back guarantee for new hosting accounts. This guarantee applies to the initial purchase of shared, VPS, WordPress, cloud, and reseller hosting plans. The following items are non-refundable:
- Domain name registrations, renewals, and transfers (domain fees are paid to registrars and cannot be recovered)
- SSL certificates (issued by third-party Certificate Authorities)
- Dedicated server plans (custom hardware procured on your behalf)
- One-time setup fees, migration fees, or add-on services
- Renewal payments (the guarantee covers new signups only)
Refund requests must be submitted via a support ticket within 30 days of the initial purchase. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. For more details, see our Refund Policy.
8. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We guarantee 99.9% network uptime for all hosting services, measured on a monthly basis. If we fail to meet this commitment, you may be eligible for service credits as described in our Service Level Agreement. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, and customer-caused issues are excluded from uptime calculations.
9. Data, Backups & Customer Content
You retain full ownership of all content, data, and intellectual property that you upload to or create using our Services ("Customer Content"). By using our Services, you grant Laravel a limited license to store, transmit, and display your Customer Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
While we maintain automated daily backups as a courtesy, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining independent backups of your data. We strongly recommend implementing your own backup strategy using remote/offsite storage. Laravel shall not be liable for any data loss, corruption, or inability to restore backups under any circumstances.
10. Intellectual Property
All Laravel trademarks, logos, service marks, website designs, software, documentation, and original content are the exclusive property of Laravel and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our proprietary materials without our express written consent.
11. Third-Party Services
Our Services may integrate with or provide access to third-party software, services, and content (including cPanel, Softaculous, Cloudflare, and domain registrars). These third-party services are subject to their own terms and conditions. Laravel is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services, and will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by your use of such services.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Laravel AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Laravel for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Laravel, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your Customer Content; or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
14. Suspension & Termination
By You: You may cancel your Services at any time through your client dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused time on renewal periods.
By Us: We may immediately suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if: (a) you materially breach these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy; (b) your account is used for illegal activity; (c) your actions pose a security risk to our infrastructure or other customers; or (d) required by law enforcement or court order.
Upon termination, you have 30 days to download your data. After this period, all data associated with your account will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.
15. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration institution. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
16. Force Majeure
Laravel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, pandemics, government actions, power outages, internet backbone failures, or failures of third-party service providers.
17. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, or business practices. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered email address at least 30 days before taking effect. A notice will also be posted on our website. Your continued use of our Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Service Level Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Laravel regarding the use of our Services. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether written or oral.
