The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the following hosting products when purchased as a new account:

3. Non-Refundable Items
The following products and services are not eligible for refund, as they involve third-party costs or custom procurement that cannot be recovered:
- Domain Name Registrations: Once a domain is registered, the registry fee is non-recoverable. This includes new registrations, renewals, and transfers
- SSL Certificates: SSL certificates are issued by third-party Certificate Authorities (Sectigo, Let's Encrypt) and cannot be revoked for refund once issued
- Dedicated Servers: Dedicated server plans involve custom hardware procurement and configuration. Refund requests for dedicated servers are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
- Server Setup Fees: One-time setup or configuration fees charged at the time of activation
- Add-On Services: Premium support, backup storage add-ons, additional IP addresses, server management services, and other extras purchased separately

5. Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

- PayPal: Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and appear in your PayPal balance

7. Prorated Refunds for Downgrades
If you downgrade your hosting plan mid-cycle rather than cancelling entirely, the price difference for the remaining billing period will be credited to your account balance. This credit is automatically applied to future invoices.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage you to contact our billing team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. 9. Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases where there is evidence of:
- Deliberate or systematic abuse of the money-back guarantee (e.g., repeatedly signing up and requesting refunds)
- Violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
- Fraudulent payment activity or use of stolen payment credentials
- Excessive resource consumption or activity inconsistent with legitimate use
